Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are intended to define the conditions of use, rights and obligations of Star Cloud Games (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users, and other necessary matters related to the game service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Service” means the mobile game and related services provided by the Company.

2. “User” means a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.

3. “Account” means identification information created by the User to access and use the Service.

4. “Content” means game items, characters, currency, data, and all other in-game materials provided through the Service.

5. “Paid Service” means all services and content provided through payment.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms shall take effect when posted within the Service or on the Company’s website.

2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws. In case of amendment, the Company will notify Users at least 7 days in advance, and at least 30 days in advance for material changes.

3. If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and request account deletion.

Article 4 (Account Management)

1. Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not use another person’s information.

2. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and passwords, and must not transfer, lend, or trade accounts with third parties.

3. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by account sharing or unauthorized transactions.

Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. The Company protects Users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws, and details of collection, use, retention, and disposal are governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information, including passwords and device security.

Article 6 (Provision and Modification of the Service)

1. The Company may change or terminate game content, events, or systems as needed for Service operation.

2. Unless otherwise provided by law, the Company shall not be liable for damages related to free services.

Article 7 (Restriction and Suspension of the Service)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend Service provision in the following cases:

   • Maintenance, inspection, or construction of Service facilities

   • Suspension of services by telecommunication providers

   • Natural disasters, war, blackout, technical issues, or other force majeure events

2. The Company may restrict or suspend a User’s access if the User violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

1. Using another person’s personal information

2. Hacking, unauthorized access, exploiting bugs, or using illegal programs

3. Infringing intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

4. Posting or transmitting obscene, violent, hateful, or politically sensitive content

5. Trading in-game assets, items, or accounts for cash or real-world goods
   Violations may result in account suspension, deletion of data, and/or legal action.

Article 9 (Paid Services and Payments)

1. The price, payment, and refund of Paid Services are subject to the policies of the relevant app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.) and applicable laws.

2. If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the guardian may request cancellation.

3. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be limited if the content has already been consumed.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual property rights to all Services and Content belong to the Company.

2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or sell Content except as authorized by the Company.

Article 11 (Termination and Account Deletion)

1. Users may request account deletion at any time, and the Company shall process it in accordance with applicable laws.

2. The Company may restrict or terminate a User’s access without prior notice if the User violates these Terms.

Article 12 (Disclaimer of Liability)

1. The Company shall not be liable for damages related to free services unless required by law.

2. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, war, blackout, telecommunication failures, or other force majeure events.

3. The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the User’s fault.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office as the court of first instance.

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 Star Cloud Games(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 게임 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

1. "서비스"라 함은 회사가 제공하는 모바일 게임 및 관련 제반 서비스를 의미합니다.
2. "이용자"라 함은 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
3. "계정"이라 함은 이용자가 서비스 이용을 위해 생성한 식별 정보를 의미합니다.
4. "콘텐츠"라 함은 서비스 내에서 제공되는 게임 아이템, 캐릭터, 화폐, 데이터 등을 의미합니다.
5. "유료 서비스"라 함은 결제를 통해 제공되는 모든 서비스 및 콘텐츠를 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

1. 본 약관은 서비스 내 또는 회사 웹사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일 7일 전(중요 변경 사항은 30일 전)부터 게임 내 공지사항을 통해 사전 공지합니다.
3. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우, 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (계정 관리)

1. 이용자는 계정 생성 시 본인의 실제 정보를 기재해야 하며, 타인의 정보를 도용할 수 없습니다.
2. 계정 및 비밀번호 관리 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있으며, 제3자에게 양도·대여·거래할 수 없습니다.
3. 회사는 계정 공유 및 불법 거래로 인한 불이익에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

제5조 (개인정보 보호)

1. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 관련 법령에 따라 보호하며, 개인정보의 수집·이용·보관·파기에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
2. 이용자는 개인정보 보호를 위해 비밀번호, 기기 보안 등을 관리할 책임이 있습니다.

제6조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

1. 회사는 서비스 운영상 필요에 따라 게임 콘텐츠, 이벤트, 시스템 등을 수시로 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
2. 회사는 무료로 제공되는 서비스에 대하여 법적으로 특별히 정한 경우를 제외하고 손해배상 의무를 지지 않습니다.

제7조 (서비스의 제한 및 중단)

1. 회사는 다음의 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
   • 서비스 설비 점검, 보수 또는 공사로 인한 경우
   • 통신사업자의 서비스 중단
   • 천재지변, 전쟁, 정전, 기술적 장애 등 불가항력 사유 발생
2. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관 또는 법령을 위반하는 경우 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (이용자의 의무)

1. 이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
   • 타인의 개인정보 도용
   • 해킹, 부정 접근, 버그 악용, 불법 프로그램 사용
   • 회사 또는 제3자의 지적재산권 침해
   • 음란, 폭력, 혐오, 정치적 발언 등 부적절한 콘텐츠 작성
   • 게임 내 재화, 아이템, 계정의 현금/현물 거래
2. 이용자가 위 행위를 할 경우, 회사는 계정 정지, 데이터 삭제, 법적 조치 등을 취할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (유료 서비스 및 결제)

1. 유료 서비스의 가격, 결제, 환불 등은 각 오픈마켓(구글, 애플 등)의 결제 규정 및 관련 법령을 따릅니다.
2. 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제를 한 경우, 법정대리인은 해당 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
3. 디지털 콘텐츠 특성상 이용자가 이미 사용한 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제10조 (지적재산권)

1. 회사가 제공하는 서비스 및 콘텐츠에 대한 지적재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
2. 이용자는 회사가 허용한 방법 외에 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 전송, 수정, 판매할 수 없습니다.

제11조 (계약 해지 및 이용 제한)

1. 이용자는 언제든지 계정 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 관련 법령이 정하는 범위 내에서 신속히 처리합니다.
2. 회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반할 경우 사전 경고 없이 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제12조 (면책조항)

1. 회사는 무료 서비스 제공과 관련하여 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 정전, 통신 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 발생한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제13조 (준거법 및 재판 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스와 관련된 분쟁은 회사 본점 소재지 관할 법원을 제1심 법원으로 합니다.
