개인정보처리방침 (Privacy)

 

1. Purpose of this Privacy Policy

Star Cloud Games (the “Company”) processes only the minimum personal information necessary to provide its game services (the “Service”) and complies with applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy is made accessible within the game under "Settings > Privacy Policy" for Users to review at any time.
If amended, notice will be given at least 7 days prior to enforcement, and 30 days prior for material changes.

2. Information We Collect

The Company collects the following personal information to provide the Service and customer support.

  1. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information: OS, device model, language settings, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA)

  • Service usage: connection logs, usage logs, error logs

  • Advertisement and purchase information: ad impressions/clicks, in-app purchase details (product name, price, date, payment method, order number)

  1. Account and Gameplay Data

  • UID (User ID), nickname, gameplay progress, owned items, achievements, play history

  1. Customer Support Inquiries

  • Email address, inquiry details, proof of purchase (if necessary)

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

  • Processing and verifying in-app purchases

  • Account management and storing gameplay data

  • Providing and optimizing advertisements

  • Customer support and complaint handling

  • Improving service quality and resolving errors

  • Compliance with legal obligations

4. Provision and Entrustment of Personal Information

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases:

  • When required by law or requested by investigative/administrative authorities

  • When necessary for payment processing through payment gateway providers

  • When providing advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) to advertising networks such as Google or Apple

5. Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

The Company minimizes retention periods and destroys personal information without delay after its purpose is achieved.

  • Payment records: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)

  • Consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act)

  • Advertisement/marketing records: 6 months (Electronic Commerce Act)

  • Access logs (IP, etc.): 3 months (Communications Secrets Protection Act)
    Other information is deleted immediately once its purpose is achieved.

6. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information through the customer support center.
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

본 방침이 개정되는 경우, 시행 7일 전에 공지하며 중요한 변경 시에는 30일 전에 고지합니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보

회사는 서비스 제공 및 고객 지원을 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

4. 개인정보의 제공 및 위탁
